Returns & Exchanges

It is very important to us at Koh Woman that our customers are happy & love what they purchase from us. If for any reason you feel that your purchase doesnt suit or fit, you are more than welcome to exchange it for something else, provided we have it in stock.

If you do receive something that is faulty or damaged in some way, we will inspect it upon return & we reserve the right to replace or repair the product. Koh Woman will not refund for change of mind. All products for exchange or return need to be sent within 14 working days from the time you receive it.

We do not refund or exchange SALE ITEMS

To return your order, please email us at kohwoman@gmail.com. We will respond with instructions on how to return your order. You must then post the order to the address provided to you.

When returning goods, please enclose a pre-paid postage bag- filled out with your return address information & contact details: Please not that Koh Woman does not cover return postage costs, unless the product is faulty.
